

It has great aromatic complexity, it develops typical smoky notes: with the scents of undergrowth, dried fruits, apricot, and gingerbread... Being somewhat reserved by nature, the Pinot Gris benefits from being decanted a few moments before being served in order to fully appreciate its complexity.
On the palate, it is a round, velvety, and well-structured wine. It is characterized by a very long and pleasantly perfumed mouthfeel with slightly smoky undergrowth aromas.
